Rachel ponders this development while waiting to hear Dominion's 
thoughts.  Having someone else come in and take over would be 
problematic for her pack's plans... but unless Titus is ready to show 
his hand against Santiago, there would seem to be only one option.

*Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer,* she thinks to 
herself.  Now might be the time to step up, show some support for 
Santiago ... maybe even find a good scapegoat.  Maybe run Estoban up the 
flagpole?  Everyone seems to hate him anyhow, and surely even Santiago 
would willingly sacrifice one of his own to save his position.
