"I will certainly keep to the restrictions that you
and the Primogen have set up, Sire."  Cash paused. 
"There are two things I want to tell you - the first
deals with the White Rose Killings.  I was in the park
when the first body was found, and was seem leaving
the area," Cash quickly continued, "I have convinced
the detective in charge - Connolly was his name - that
I wasn't involved, but he may contact you.  In
addition, the killer isn't Kindred, in my opinion,
there was too much blood left, I was almost overcome
by the smell to feed from the blood pooled around it."

Cash waited for Montoya's response before continuing.

"I appreciate your forth right honesty Mr Cash. Others might have tried to hide that and attempted to cover such an unfortunate event. That you have dealt with it shows Ingenuioety. to have open ly told me shows honour and valour. Two rare distinctions in our world."

The Prince was regarding him carefully now, no longer using nonchalance and disinterest to put cash off guard. His chin rested in his hand and one long finger tapped his lips as he considered. 

"A Kindred with such a temprement could go far in my city Mr cash. very far. But you said there was two things?"
