He waits checking to see if as most did the cops left their vehical running 
and opened when they went inside and if they left any of their heavier 
weapons inside in plain veiw. Usualy a 12 guage shotgun. In the trunk would 
be either a scoped bolt action rifle of high power, a M-16 assult rifle, a 
M-4 Carbine or a MP5 navy Smg however the first and last were the least 
likely in urban enviroments with possible armored vest using gangsters. 
Either way any of these and ammo would be nice and if he could he wouldint 
mind grabbing the car. He assesed if he might be able to making sure he 
definatly could get in and at least get a weapon.
