> "The other, Sire, is a bit more interesting," Cash

> lips, "While there I was invited to meet with Titus
> Bane - the Khan of Chinatown. He offered me his
> 'assistance' in gaining influence here - in exchange
> for information. I'm supposed to use his Gangrel
> lieutenant as the cover for any info I get from him."
The Princes expression changed rapidly, and even with the practiced skill of
decades he couldn't hide the look from his guest.
"Titus .. Khan?" he snarled, half amused and half choked. "The Bishop's
Paladin really is coming up in the world isn't he! I've heard no end of
troubling rumours concerning Titus Bane in the past few nights and this new
revelation does not please me at all Mr. Cash. tell me, what do you think of
Mr. bane?"
before cash can reply, the Prince raises a hand to cut him off.
"... charismatic perhaps? Powerful? Deadly? Or did you see the real Sabbat
thug? Violent, heartless and with eyes so devoid of a soul they'd make the
Justicar themselves quake. I'll give you a little insight into the Sabbat
shall I Mr. Cash? The skinny as they say down there in the real world.
Bishop Santiago is a monolith, akin to a saint among his followers and every
bit the Napoleon to our Empire. But Titus bane is the instrument of that
intellect and the pair make such a formidable enemy that even the inner
council are loathe to rock the boat."
He tapped his chin again.
"On the other hand .... having Titus Bane, sorry, Titus Khan, offering to
help you climb the greasy pole of my organization is no mean feat Mr. Cash.
when the warrior becomes the King maker it is meet for us all to take pause.
If you would serve me my Gangrel friend, then go along with his offer. See
what he can do for you. keep me appraised and find out if this comes from
the sword or the hand that wields it!"
Dag Cash, 007
