[Sodium_noir] Bounced emails

Recently, hotmail has started bouncing messages with more than 10 
recipients. Despite the fact that when it is delivered to you, there is 
only one recipient, the list internally only sends out one message to 
multiple recipients, a la BCC. Hotmail will be bouncing messages from 
the list to certain users.
