[Aurora]
She tenses for only a moment and then sighs, even a
drunk Jack was right about this... no point in
fighting what has already come to pass, not to mention
what you were already wrapped up in.

She smiles at Jack after a moment more, "I better
come, if for no other reason than to make sure you two
don't get into any trouble."

She then looks to Mr. Black, giving a properly abashed
look for losing her temper for a moment, "Whatever it
is, no one thing has caused it, but I do know that the
city itself... aches with the extra weight of it."

[John]
He never really believed that the answer would just
fall on him so easily.  Nevertheless, he had felt it
worth asking anyway.  Whatever it was, he needed to
learn more.  John's thoughts wandered to the Colt
Mansion, and whether the residents would prove to be
helpful.
 
"Don't suppose you have room for one more this
evening?  I just need to call a friend."
 
[Jack]
Jack shrugs. “”S’okay by me.  The more the merrier.”

He scans the room of partygoers, attempting to locate
his absent companion, and frowns at Aurora. “Any idea
where Christine’s gone?  Should I go and fetch her?”

[John]

John smiled.  "I need just a moment."

He excused himself and traced his steps back to the men's room.  Once inside, he checked to make sure he was alone then locked the door.  Closing his eyes, he whispered quietly in LAtin an old incantation.  When he was done, he called to one of the wraiths of Colt Mansion.  "Sergent, I need to speak with you.  Please."

OOC:  Necromancy 1 - Summon the Dead  Necromancy +  Occult = 5

John is requesting an audience, and if the Sergent fights him on the summons, he will relent and try again later.
