[Sodium_noir] OK and Brief Recap

Jumpin'-Jeezus-Christ--on-a-crutch!  I don't check my email for a week and I feel like Han Solo.  I'm out of it for a little while and everyone jumps on the bandwagon and starts the game again.
   
  Here's a brief recap of what Buford and Bradley have done thus far tonight.  I'll re-post the last few emails for them in seperate emails so that everyone involved can catch back up.
   
  Spike, in your Snapshots posts, you list the game date as October 27th.  Are we fast-forwarding a couple of days?  Last I heard, we were still on October 25th.

  Jeremiah Buford and Allen Bradley
  Nosferatu and a Loyal Assistant
  Sinclair Mansion
   
  After attending to some personal business, Jeremiah Buford and Allen Bradley headed for the Sinclair party being held in the Gotham hills.  Buford, as was his habit at affairs catering to mortals and kine, headed to the back of the house to await any visitors while Bradley made the rounds in front.
   
  In the back of the Sinclair mansion, Buford met with Ettienne St Clair and discussed the finer points of the nature of man, kindred politics, and Banzai trees.  They were joined by Ashlar and Lady Alessandra Gaspare, and Ettienne left the group to find Sugar Kane, whom he wanted to bring back to the music room so that Buford could hear her marvelous voice.  While the three waited for Ettienne’s return, Buford and Ashlar touched briefly on the natures of Melcom’s board members, suggested & discarded the idea of planting a mole in Melcom, and settled on the idea of seeing if any current employees were open to the concept of bribery.
   
  Meanwhile, Bradley worked the front of the party.  After introducing himself to Lady Sinclair, she took it upon herself to once again introduce the poor widower to Gotham’s various movers, shakers, hangers-on, and eligible widows.  Halfway through the conversation, they met Mr. Fresserei, one of the bigwigs at Melcom’s Corporate Entertainment division.  They verbally crossed swords for a bit, with Bradley finding out that Melcom planned something to do with biological waste & storage in the near future, and as a bonus managed to finagle and unspoken promise from Fresserei to have his news division give quite a bit of free press to one of Bradley’s companies at the Gotham Memorial fundraiser.
   
  After leaving Fresserei with their previous conversational group, Bradley and Lady Sinclair continued making their way through the party, working the conversations like a pair of old professionals.  They eventually met up with Mara Ravenclaw, a local attorney who has done a lot of pro bono work for the city’s disenfranchised.  Ravenclaw managed to pry out the fact that Bradley is currently working on several construction projects, but became sidetracked into a conversation about welfare capitalism.
